Job summary

Houston Methodist Specialty Physician Group is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist for a 100% virtual role in our Department of Psychiatry. The physician will help develop and lead an interdisciplinary team in evaluating and treating hospitalized and ER patients with complex medical and psychiatric illnesses.

Strong candidates will have training in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry, Emergency Psychiatry, or Internal Medicine–Psychiatry and must be licensed in Texas and reside in Texas,

Qualifications

• Board-certified psychiatrist required.
• Licensed to practice in the United States and reside in one of the eligible states (Texas, Washington, Florida, Louisiana or Georgia).
• Training in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry, Emergency Psychiatry, or Internal Medicine–Psychiatry strongly desired.
