Job summary

EBSCO Information Services (EBSCO) seeks a technically skilled Support Representative for the NoveList division. This remote, US-based role focuses on resolving customer issues and ensuring optimal use of NoveList products, with strong collaboration across product, engineering, and sales teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in technical support and experience with HTML/CSS, SQL reporting, and MS Office. A technical bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Address setup, troubleshooting, and support for NoveList products via email, chat, and phone with a strong emphasis on customer service.
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer-reported technical and product issues.
• Support day-to-day operations of the NoveList product line.
• Collaborate with product management, software development, sales, and other teams to resolve issues and support customers.
• Provide technical and product expertise to sales, marketing, and product management.
• Create and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation.
• Participate in QA testing of NoveList products.
