Job summary

EBSCO Information Services is seeking a Technical Support Representative for the NoveList division. This remote, US-based role focuses on resolving customer issues, providing product expertise, and maintaining documentation to ensure customers get the most from our NoveList tools.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in tech support and with Microsoft Office; experience with HTML/CSS and SQL reporting is a plus. The team emphasizes collaboration across product, sales, and engineering.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical support role.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Office in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Address setup, troubleshooting, and support for NoveList products via email, chat, and phone.
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical and product issues reported by customers.
• Support day-to-day operations of the NoveList product line.
• Collaborate with product management, software development, sales, and other teams to resolve issues and support customers.
• Provide technical and product expertise to sales, marketing, and product management.
• Create and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation.
• Participate in QA testing of NoveList products.
