Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills with ability to isolate problems and test explanations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience by managing support requests via phone, email, and platforms.
• Troubleshoot software, Windows environments, and network configurations with a methodical approach.
• Document software defects and collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on resolutions.
• Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles to help customers and colleagues solve problems faster.
