Job summary

Frontier is a fully remote subsidiary helping companies grow cross-functional teams. We seek a liaison for Balto to drive implementation and product engagement from customers.

You will be the escalation point between Support and Engineering, resolving inquiries via email and video conferencing and collaborating with CS, Implementation, and Sales to document root causes and improve the product experience.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and deductive reasoning.
• Knowledge of networking, firewall, and VPN; Windows/macOS comfort.
• Excellent communication; CCaaS/VoIP or DataDog a plus.

Responsibilities

• Voice of the user for Balto, driving implementation and product engagement.
• Primary escalation point bridging Support and Engineering.
• Resolve customer inquiries via email and video conferencing.
• Collaborate with CS, Implementation, and Sales; troubleshoot and document root causes.
