Qualifications

• At least five years of professional experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or a related technical role.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures, deployment workflows, and practical implementation strategies.
• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud environments.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST SP 800-53 compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with SSO, SAML, OIDC, RBAC, and identity management tech.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Technical Solution Design: develop scalable, secure technical solutions from client requirements.
• Proposal development and technical reviews with growth and engineering teams.
• Support capture managers with technical narratives and proposal content.
• Design secure, scalable cloud architectures and infrastructure guidance.
• Incorporate security principles and compliance into proposed architectures.
• Collaborate across growth, engineering, product, design, and delivery teams.
• Hands-on engineering to support proposals, demos, and technical challenges.
• Translate complex concepts for stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Identify process gaps and improve collaboration between BD, engineering, and delivery.
• Onboarding and continuous learning of internal tools and opportunities.
