Qualifications

• Ten years’ experience at technical engineering management level.

• Proven ability to communicate technical subjects to non-technical stakeholders.
• DBS check may be required by the client.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of Hard FM services across all properties with direct labour and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and client requirements.
• Lead energy management and smart building technology initiatives across the portfolio.
• Maintain HSE governance and ensure staff adherence to health and safety policies.
• Produce high-quality technical reports and KPIs for clients and internal teams.
