Job summary

Neara is seeking a Technical Services Consultant to provide expert guidance, implementation support, and troubleshooting for Solumina MES deployments. The role emphasizes aligning technical solutions with business objectives and delivering high-impact results in a fast-paced tech environment.

The successful candidate will engage with clients, deliver hands-on configuration, integration work, and knowledge sharing, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in software development, technical consulting, system integration, or IT services.
• Proficient in Java, JavaScript, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with databases such as Oracle/SQL Server and SQL queries.
• Knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, and middleware tech like JMS/Tomcat/ActiveMQ.
• Containerization with Kubernetes and version control with Git.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical guidance and troubleshooting for Solumina MES deployments.
• Design, implement, and optimize integrations between Solumina and other systems.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maximize performance.
• Educate clients and run workshops to enable effective use of Solumina.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Care to improve functionality.
• Develop technical documentation and contribute to knowledge bases.
