Descripción de la vacante

Neural Earth is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) II to bring structure to Engineering planning, tracking, and delivery. You will run weekly planning cadences, maintain Linear as the single source of truth, and surface blockers early while guiding AI-driven project management workflows.

You will partner with a fully remote engineering team across Pacific and Eastern time zones, ensuring clear daily progress and scalable architecture diagrams. This role reports to the Head of Engineering.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or in a similar delivery role supporting software engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with Linear or a comparable issue tracker, plus Slack-first asynchronous collaboration.
• Availability for synchronous meetings during core overlap hours between Pacific and Eastern time zones.
• Ability to accommodate occasional travel as needed (~5%)

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate weekly planning and sync meetings during Pacific and Eastern overlap hours, turning product vision into clear, owned assignments.
• Track progress in Linear and keep the single source of truth up to date so status is transparent.
• Unblock work by working asynchronously in Slack and gathering updates from leadership when priorities are unclear.
• Publish a daily progress report to the team and maintain architecture diagrams from engineering input.
• Automate AI workflows, prompts, and skills to reduce manual PM overhead and enable the team to operate independently.
