Job summary

Data Society is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager for a multi-workstream enterprise software delivery. You will lead onshore and offshore teams, drive sprint cadence, governance, and risk management while coordinating with technology implementation partners to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder communication, agile practices, and the use of AI tools to support status reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

5–8 years in technical project management for enterprise software.
Experience leading hybrid onshore/offshore delivery across time zones.
Proficient in Jira, sprint management, backlog grooming, dashboards.
Strong risk and issue management for multi-workstream programs.
Solid knowledge of agile ceremonies, velocity tracking, iterative delivery.
Experience with client-facing status reports and stakeholder communications.
Experience coordinating with third-party tech teams.
Hands-on with AI tools for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day management of a complex, multi-workstream software implementation.
Coordinate onshore and offshore teams, monitor milestones, and manage risk.
Facilitate sprint planning, track velocity, and maintain backlog hygiene.
Draft client-facing and internal status reports; ensure governance cadence.
Manage onboarding, environment provisioning, and readiness activities.
Collaborate with technology teams on dependencies and integration touchpoints.
