Job summary

Asymmetric Research, a fully remote security venture, seeks a project lead to manage engagements across Web3 security domains. You will guide scope, milestones, and client expectations with a focus on risk mitigation and timely delivery.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain high confidentiality, and uphold professional standards while engaging with stakeholders. Competitive compensation and lucrative bonus programs are included.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to confidently interact and build rapport.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Be high-agency, persuasive, encouraging, and motivating and able to elicit cooperation.
• Prior experience with Cryptography, Blockchain, Consulting Services, Service Delivery, MSA and SOW Contracts, Open Source Development, Infrastructure or Validation Services, or Resource Planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects (scope, objectives, deliverables) with stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead and motivate project teams and foster collaboration and productivity.
• Manage client relationships (inquiries, expectations, updates).
• Create and manage project timelines, meeting milestones and deadlines.
• Manage changes to scope and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance against and take corrective actions.
