Job summary

Summit Funding, Inc. is seeking a full-time Technical Program Manager to lead high-visibility performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile platforms. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in performance engineering, especially with SaaS products, and strong hands-on experience with load and scalability testing methodologies. This role includes implementing observability initiatives and coordinating efforts for AI capability rollout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, performance TPM, platform TPM, or SRE focused on SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with load, stress, and scalability testing methodologies.
• Strong familiarity with web performance metrics, mobile profiling, and rendering performance.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and integrating performance tests into development pipelines.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance programs focusing on load times, memory, and AI feature reliability.
• Implement observability and telemetry initiatives preventing regression through performance CI.
• Coordinate cross-organizational efforts for safe rollout of AI capabilities.
