Job summary

Andromeda Cluster is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own and deliver large-scale GPU cluster builds for AI labs and compute providers. You will manage end-to-end plans, coordinate site readiness, procurement, logistics, and deployments, and keep stakeholders aligned on a single schedule.

You will drive risk management, cadence reporting, and scalable program tooling while reporting to the Head of Infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Infrastructure programs: experience with data center construction or large infrastructure programs.
• Multi-vendor delivery: managed OEMs, contractors, and integrators against a fixed date.
• Technical fluency: follow power, cooling, networking, and server bring-up in detail to spot schedule risk.
• Clear communication: status reports are short, accurate, and timely.

Responsibilities

• Build integrated plans per GPU cluster build (site readiness, procurement, logistics, deployment, acceptance).
• Manage hardware delivery schedules with procurement so servers, network gear, and optics arrive on site when needed.
• Track risks and dependencies across vendors and teams, with early escalation.
• Provide regular cadence/status reporting to leadership and customers.
• Develop program tooling and templates to scale reporting across builds.
