Job summary

Andromeda in San Francisco is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead delivery of large GPU compute cluster builds. You will own integrated build plans, manage dependencies across vendors, and keep engineering, procurement, and customers aligned on a single schedule.

The role requires experience with data center construction, multi-vendor delivery, and strong communication. PMP or equivalent is a plus; remote-friendly with on-site in SF.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Multi-vendor delivery with OEMs, contractors, and integrators.
• Technical fluency in power, cooling, networking, and server bring-up.
• Clear, concise status reporting to leadership and customers.

Responsibilities

• Build plans: an integrated plan per build covering site readiness, procurement, logistics, deployment, and acceptance.
• Hardware delivery: manage lead times and schedules so equipment arrives on site when needed.
• Risk and dependencies: track milestones, power/cooling readiness, and handoffs with escalation.
• Cadence: provide regular status reporting to leadership and customers.
• Program tooling: implement tracking and reporting across builds.
• Process: develop templates, checklists, and post-build reviews to speed future builds.
