Job summary

LMI Consulting, LLC seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead execution and delivery of next-generation software for Army modernization. This role requires an active Secret clearance, coordinating across engineering, product management, UX/UI, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and forward deployed teams.

Qualifications

• U.S. Government security clearance eligibility; active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience managing complex technical programs or enterprise software.
• Experience leading Agile software programs delivering cloud-native apps.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of a next-generation software program for Army modernization.
• Coordinate across Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, DevSecOps, Cybersecurity, and Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Manage integrated master schedules, milestones, dependencies, and release timelines.
• Drive Agile program execution including sprint and release planning.
• Track program performance on cost, schedule, risks, and delivery metrics.
• Ensure priorities translate into successful software releases with stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning meetings, reviews, and executive briefings.
• Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate software releases across development, testing, cybersecurity, accreditation, and deployment.
• Support RMF/ATO activities and IL6 deployment planning.
• Develop executive dashboards and customer-facing presentations.
