Job summary

FAR.AI is seeking a Technical Program Manager to define programs for our foundational research and research infrastructure teams. You will own end-to-end delivery, establish roadmaps for compute and resources, and collaborate with researchers to transfer findings and tools to frontier labs and other stakeholders.

The role supports a remote U.S. or Bay Area in-office arrangement, with visa sponsorship where needed.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in ML or software engineering.
• Experience coordinating model releases, datasets, or evaluations.
• Track record delivering complex technical programs with tradeoffs and priorities.
• Experience transferring foundational/applied research into production environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take complex programs from idea to delivery across multiple teams.
• Prioritize across research demands to maximize impact.
• Build compute and resource roadmaps, surfacing bottlenecks and trade-offs.
• Package research findings for external partners and frontier labs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Events and Communications for planning and reporting.
