Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years building technical programs from scratch in ML/software
• Experience coordinating model releases and evaluating datasets
• Track record delivering complex programs with tradeoffs and milestones
• Experience transferring foundational and applied research into production environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Take complex technical programs from idea to delivery with clear milestones
• Prioritize across research teams to land high-impact work
• Build and maintain compute/resource roadmaps, identify bottlenecks and partnerships
• Package research for deployment to frontier labs and stakeholders
• Align research, engineering, and operations to plan, resource, and report progress
