The ideal candidate has strong cloud/data experience with AWS, MongoDB, and NoSQL architectures, and can translate business needs into scalable solutions while collaborating with regulated healthcare teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Product Manager or similar (PM/TPM/PO).
• Experience leading enterprise technology products from conception to implementation.
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience with MongoDB and NoSQL data architectures.
• Background in data modernization, cloud migration, or platform transformation initiatives.
• Strong product ownership mindset; experience in regulated healthcare environments.

Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of enterprise-scale data modernization products and platforms. This individual will be responsible for driving product strategy, defining capabilities, managing roadmaps, and leading end-to-end product execution across complex technical initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in cloud and data platforms, experience working with modern data architectures, and a proven ability to translate business needs into scalable product solutions. This person must be highly delivery-focused, capable of driving execution across cross-functional teams, and passionate about bringing products from concept to adoption.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role.
• Experience leading enterprise technology products from conception through implementation.
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS.
• Experience working with MongoDB and modern NoSQL data architectures
• Background in enterprise data modernization, cloud migration, or platform transformation initiatives.
• Strong product ownership mentalityExperience working within highly regulated healthcare enterprise environment
