Job summary

Optiveum is seeking a hands-on Technical Product Manager for a long-term, remote project. You will own the end-to-end product process, from research and decisions to clear designs, user stories, and post-launch learning, in a fast-moving startup environment.

You will interview creators, users, and stakeholders, translate conversations into problem statements and MVPs, and work closely with design and engineering on APIs, data flows, privacy, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in product management for software.
• Experience owning product discovery and delivery in early-stage or fast-moving teams.
• Technical fluency to discuss architecture and API/data-flow choices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct product discovery with creators, users, and stakeholders.
• Synthesize conversations into problem statements, journeys, and MVPs.
• Partner with design and engineering to sketch flows, define MVPs, and trade-offs.
• Translate decisions into design briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering on dependencies, APIs, data flows, privacy, and reliability.
• Test releases with users and measure onboarding, engagement, and retention.
