Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on product management in software/SaaS.
• Direct B2B SaaS product experience; MS 365/SharePoint familiarity a plus.
• Proficient with Linear, GitHub, and Claude tooling.
• Strong UI/UX design sense and ability to mockup with AI tools.
• Solid technical background; discuss APIs & web tech with engineers.
• Experience with JavaScript/React or the Microsoft 365/SharePoint ecosystem is a plus.
• Include the word 'compass' in your application response.
• Claude Code/Codex project experience is a big plus.
• Location: Fully remote role; overlap with team is required.

Responsibilities

• Product Execution: Assist with day-to-day cadence alongside the Product Director.
• Story Writing: Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in Linear.
• Release Communication: Track progress and inform stakeholders of status and timelines.
• AI-Assisted Design: Create wireframes and mockups using AI tools with strong UI/UX sense.
• AI Process Improvement: Use AI to analyze data, close gaps, and resolve bottlenecks.
