• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years of project leadership experience.

• Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders.
• Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead software or hardware product delivery and performance.
• Drive products from design completion to volume production release with design engineering and test teams.
• Perform various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs.
• Support evaluation and qualification of leading-edge technology components.
• Ensure production schedules are followed and products meet specifications and quality requirements.
• Interact with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing to analyze and resolve issues.
• Advise executives to develop functional strategies on significant matters.
• Exercise independent judgment on complex duties and tasks.
