LMG Staffing Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager for fully remote, contract work based in the United States. You will guide digital and marketing technology projects from discovery to launch and optimize post-launch performance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years delivering complex projects with agency experience, strong agile knowledge, and proven cross-functional leadership across strategy, design, dev, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading complex digital or software projects.
• Agency experience managing multiple client engagements is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with website builds, CMS integrations, CRM integrations, and marketing tech.
• Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead website, application, marketing technology, CRM, CMS, and systems integration projects from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedules, resources, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with technical leads to understand architecture, constraints, priorities, and implementation approaches.
• Translate business objectives into clear workstreams, requirements, and deliverables.
• Coordinate technical and nontechnical contributors throughout the project lifecycle.
