Monks is seeking a Technical Lead (hands-on) to identify and solve complex problems through deep product management experience. You will lead cross-functional teams to shape product strategy, align with market opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions across the product lifecycle.

The role is fully remote and offers travel as needed. You will mentor associates and align efforts with long-term growth and a strong product culture, emphasizing customer-centricity and agile practices.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in digital product projects or software development.
• End-to-end product lifecycle experience (build and ship) with multi-feature products.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and eliciting requirements.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and globally distributed teams.
• Proficiency with design tools to influence wireframes and designs.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating insights into actionable product strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design and Delivery to align roadmaps with market needs.
• Define long-term product vision and drive roadmap initiatives with measurable KPIs.
• Overssee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and adoption, balancing scope and budget.
