As Technical Lead, you will architect distributed systems, embed AI into core products, and steer a globally distributed ELR team. You will elevate reliability, mentor colleagues, and push innovation while working in a fully remote role.

Requirements include 12+ years in software engineering, expertise with Java/.NET, React, distributed systems, AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and hands-on AI usage.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building scalable APIs and services with Java or .NET (C#) and frontends with React (TypeScript).
• Experience with distributed systems, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, high availability, and data privacy.
• Demonstrated impact from AI usage improving outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable backend and frontend systems for a global compliance platform.
• Lead technical design discussions and influence architectural decisions.
• Embed AI-assisted coding, testing, and architectural exploration into daily workflows.
• Deliver AI-enabled product features for automation and data processing.
• Improve deployment frequency, test coverage, and code quality via CI/CD.
• Reduce production incidents and raise observability.
• Mentor team members and uphold high accountability standards.
