What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle direct inbound calls from residential, business, and hospitality customers
- Provide first-level technical support for all services and assist with new order requests and billing inquiries
- Review scheduled trouble tickets for possible remote resolution
- Troubleshoot and solve Tier 1 issues, escalating when necessary, and ensure prompt follow-up
- Serve as the primary support liaison between the employer and residential customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a thorough knowledge of the employer's product line and applications utilized by customers
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in telecommunications
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts

- Previous experience in technical support or a similar role
