Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Technical Delivery & Enablement Lead to drive Agile delivery across federal IT initiatives with a focus on Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana). You will bridge engineering and customer outcomes while coaching teams and stakeholders to manage delivery effectively.

The role requires deep technical depth, strong facilitation, and experience translating complex concepts into actionable work items in Jira.

Qualifications

Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related technical field (or equivalent combination of formal education, training, and experience).
3+ years managing software development lifecycles (SDLC) using Scrum or Kanban.
Hands-on experience with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash).
Proven track record delivering technical enablement and developer training.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and use Jira to monitor velocity, burndown, and team capacity.
Coordinate architectural and implementation efforts for Elastic solutions.
Design, build, and deliver specialized technical training programs and workshops.
Develop runbooks, SOPs, and training materials to complement Elastic-provided resources.
Collaborate with Program Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to translate technical work into roadmaps and user stories in Jira.
Identify and resolve blockers early using Jira for risk and dependency management.
