Job summary

SymphonyAI is seeking a Technical Consultant to own technical configuration, deployment, and integration for client workstreams across SaaS and client-hosted environments. You will translate complex requirements into practical specifications, build data pipelines, and support SIT, UAT, OAT, and production deployment.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of technical implementation experience in enterprise or client-facing environments.
• Strong SQL and data validation, and the ability to troubleshoot data integration issues.
• Linux/Unix scripting and reading/troubleshooting Python or Java code.
• Deployment/automation experience with Git, GitHub, CI/CD, YAML, Helm, Kubernetes.
• Experience with XML/JSON, REST APIs, SAML/SSO, and basic networking.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent problem solving and proactive communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery across client workstreams from requirements through production deployment.
• Translate business and regulatory needs into technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Build and validate data pipelines with quality checks and documentation.
• Configure and deploy applications using GitHub, YAML, Helm, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Perform root-cause analysis to resolve data, API, networking, and deployment issues.
• Plan SIT/UAT/OAT activities and support production deployment while protecting timelines.
• Leverage AI tools and LLMs to accelerate workflows and ensure output accuracy.
• Integrate AI capabilities via model endpoints, data prep, and API integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Technical Program Management, Data Science, and Engineering.
• Provide proactive status updates on delivery risks and decisions.
• Mentor junior consultants and escalate architecture decisions as needed.
