Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions (ICS) is seeking a Technical Business System Analyst to support the CMdS Next Gen Provider Module modernization, focusing on provider enrollment, validation, revalidation, and end-to-end lifecycle management.

The role bridges business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring alignment between functional needs, system design, data flows, and integration components across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is required, preferably with exposure to systems or data-driven environments.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst, with MMIS/provider module experience preferred.
• Experience in product implementation, system enhancement, and application maintenance in complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to elicit, analyze, and document requirements and translate them into technical specs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements; translate into technical specs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Define and follow structured requirements management processes with traceability, documentation standards, and change control.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and Architecture teams to clarify requirements and align with system design and integration patterns.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to drive solution alignment and resolve ambiguities.
• Develop and maintain interface and data mapping documentation: source-to-target mappings, data transformations, business logic, validations, and interface/API specs.
• Analyze and document system integrations including REST/SOAP APIs, batch interfaces, and third-party interactions.
• Support SDLC-backed implementation, clarify requirements, and ensure correct interpretation of specs.
