Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our team supporting the IRS client. This remote role requires candidates to obtain and maintain an IRS MBI clearance (active clearance is a plus).

You will coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop BRDs, and drive process improvements across multiple dispersed teams while ensuring documentation meets IRS criteria and project milestones.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum seven (7) years of experience in a project management capacity.
Seven years of working experience in a project management role.
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency for at least 3 years and IRS MBI clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain processes for requirements management and production support.
Lead design, analysis, and evaluation of reports and documents.
Create, update, and manage Business Requirements Documents and gap analyses.
Analyze systems and recommend enhancements and improved solutions.
Design process improvements to boost customer service and efficiency.
Communicate status, risks, and issues to leadership and client.
Ensure documentation meets IRS acceptance criteria.
