Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Technical Architect to join our Patient CRM team. This remote, full-time role focuses on designing and overseeing technical services for customer implementations, ensuring seamless data connectivity between customer sources and Patient CRM.

You will lead integration workshops, architect end-to-end flows with hubs, pharmacies, and data aggregators, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with product teams to drive technical excellence, while travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical consulting or architecture experience.
• Deep Life Sciences knowledge with patient support/engagement focus.
• Expertise in modern integration approaches: Middleware, REST/SOAP APIs, secure batch sharing.
• Experience designing data exchanges among CRM platforms, hubs, and pharmacies.
• Ability to influence senior IT management through SME impact.
• Simplify complex data mapping and vendor integration concepts for stakeholders.
• Strong design focus on data integrity and security.
• Able to manage multiple technical workstreams in fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops to define integration requirements.
• Design end-to-end integration flows between Patient CRM and external entities.
• Communicate complex concepts to business and IT audiences.
• Develop expertise in Vault platform for scalable solutions.
• Plan and perform technical build activities including APIs and middleware.
• Monitor interdependencies to mitigate project risk.
• Contribute to reusable integration assets and methodologies.
• Support pre-sales with architecture reviews and scope definition.
• Collaborate with Product/Strategy to drive product excellence.
• Mentor junior technical consultants.
