Job summary

BioLegend seeks a Technical Application Scientist I to serve as the primary technical contact for customers in Germany, supporting products and services. You will conduct education sessions, perform product demonstrations, and collaborate with sales teams to enable customer success across Northern Germany, with emphasis on Hamburg.

The role requires fluent German, a PhD or MSc in life sciences, and hands-on experience with flow cytometry and cellular assays.

Qualifications

• PhD in Life Sciences or related field.
• Fluent German speaking and writing.
• Master's degree with 3+ years in lab setting.
• 2+ years direct Flow Cytometry experience.
• Experience with cellular assays and molecular biology techniques (Western, PCR, ELISA, ELISpot).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and pre-sales support to customers.
• Deliver in-person or virtual consultations on projects and needs.
• Lead technical seminars and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with sales and field teams to enable customer success.
• Travel frequently within Northern Germany to support accounts.
