Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Manager, Sourcing (Technology) to lead strategic technology sourcing across client engagements, focusing on process improvement, project execution, and financial analysis.

You will partner with client management, executives, and vendor stakeholders to identify issues, develop actionable recommendations, and support service excellence. Location: Remote - US-based candidates only; compensation: $100,000–$120,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or MIS preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, process improvement, project management, or financial analysis.
• Ability to think strategically and identify critical business issues.
• Exceptional analytic skills with quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commanding presence in front of audiences.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization.
• Willingness to travel 0–30% based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage all project aspects, guiding resources and conducting data analysis
• Oversee engagement financials and support business development efforts
• Identify and assess client business issues, ensuring service excellence
• Develop actionable recommendations to implement changes while minimizing disruptions
• Provide regular status updates to client management and executives
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to negotiate and monitor performance against KPIs
• Deliver high-quality results and provide guidance in content delivery
