UST seeks a Technical Scrum Master for Healthcare Data & AI. The role focuses on guiding Agile delivery for data/AI teams in US healthcare, leveraging AWS, Databricks, and ML pipelines.

Strong collaboration with Product Owners is essential to maintain a prioritized, technically actionable backlog. The candidate should have extensive Scrum experience, expertise with data engineering and cloud environments, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and dependencies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience delivering Agile/Scrum for technical engineering teams
• 4+ years in US healthcare industry (preferred/required)
• Proven experience with data engineering, cloud analytics, or AI/ML teams
• Strong Scrum/Agile knowledge and methodologies
• Experience managing complex dependencies across multiple teams
• Strong AWS and cloud-based tech understanding
• Hands-on with Databricks, Spark/PySpark, SQL or similar
• Knowledge of ML data pipelines and ML engineering workflows
• Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar tools

Responsabilités

• Serve as Scrum Master and Agile delivery lead for one or more technical data/AI teams
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Reviews and Retrospectives
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, actionable backlog
• Ensure stories have clear acceptance criteria and estimates
• Drive sprint velocity and delivery predictability
• Identify and resolve impediments affecting team productivity
• Track sprint, release, milestone and dependency risks
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies across data, application, infra and ML teams
