• 7-10 years of technology project management experience
• Proven experience managing multiple enterprise projects
• Ability to handle project scope, schedule, and cost changes effectively
• Skilled in measuring project performance using appropriate tools
• Experience leading project meetings and providing detailed status reports
• Proficiency in maintaining project documentation in PMO systems

Responsibilities

• Manage 4-5 enterprise projects from initiation to completion
• Control project scope, schedule, and budget, applying verification techniques
• Conduct regular project status meetings and report progress
• Document project status and escalated issues as needed
• Define project scope, requirements, and objectives collaboratively
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for successful project delivery
• Develop and track project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary
• Perform risk assessments to minimize project risks
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and templates
• Mentor team members to ensure PMO standards are met
