Job summary

BayOne Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager with a strong software/engineering background to lead complex, cross-functional technology programs in Payments & Financial Services.

This is a remote 12+ month contract with pay rates of $45 to $47 per hour on W2. The role requires 10+ years of TPM experience, API/cloud architecture capabilities, and excellent executive communication to manage multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Technical Program/Program Management.
• Strong software engineering/technical acumen.
• Experience with Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services.
• Experience with system architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and software development.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-team programs.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AI/GenAI tools is highly preferred.
• Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Tableau/Looker/Power BI experience is a plus.
