eBay is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead multi-domain payments and financial services initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Marketing. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs on time and within budget, using AI tools to streamline planning and documentation.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in program management within tech, strong executive communication, and a solid foundation for collaborating with engineering leaders globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years working across Program, Development/Engineering, Technical, Corporate Operations or Sales/Marketing in product/tech environments.
• Proven track record leading large-scale cross-functional technology programs from concept to completion.
• Practitioner-level experience using AI/GenAI tools to accelerate planning, synthesize docs, and automate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-domain payments and financial services programs from inception through launch.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning with standardized intake governance and unified roadmaps.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, dependencies, and trade-off decisions to ensure reliable delivery.
• Maintain executive-ready program health reporting and brief senior leadership on status and risks.
