Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A, strategic finance, M&A finance, or transformation finance experience.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, divestitures or technology integrations.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business case development.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and navigate cross-functional environments.
• Experience with integration planning, synergy tracking, and governance processes preferred.
• MBA, CPA, CFA or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and governance for technology integration costs, value tracking, and business case performance.
• Develop and manage integration budgets, forecasts, and funding requirements.
• Monitor one-time integration costs, contractor spend, internal labor, transition services, and synergy investments.
• Ensure alignment between approved deal assumptions and integration execution plans.
• Establish processes to track cost savings and deal value creation initiatives.
• Provide executive-level reporting on integration financial performance, risks, opportunities, and forecast outlook.
