Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a hands-on Tech Lead/Solutions Architect to bridge Finance, Accounting, IT, and Development. This remote contract-to-hire role focuses on modernizing .NET, SQL Server, Azure, Azure DevOps, and SAP-integrated finance apps.

You will lead delivery, mentor engineers, and partner with CFOs and Controllers. Ideal candidates have architecture leadership, strong C#.NET/ASP.NET skills, SAP experience, and a forward-looking approach to AI and cloud modernization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead with architecture responsibilities.
• Hands-on development with C#.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML/CSS.
• Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with MudBlazor for business apps.
• SAP experience with strong integration knowledge (ECC6/S4HANA).
• Finance domain knowledge and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead and trusted advisor for Finance applications.
• Partner with Controllers, CFOs, Product Owners, and Finance stakeholders.
• Translate technical concepts into business terms for non-technical audiences.
• Own delivery estimates, planning, and timelines with capacity forecasts.
• Review code and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Own deployments and release management.
• Create roadmaps, architecture diagrams, and modernization strategies.
