Job summary

Sherweb is seeking a Technical Fellow, Microsoft Copilot & AI to guide partners in building profitable Copilot and AI practices. You will provide strategic guidance, hands-on enablement, and governance expertise, serving as a trusted advisor to internal teams and partners.

You will evangelize Sherweb’s Copilot and AI initiatives, deliver webinars and workshops, and develop repeatable offerings while collaborating with Microsoft stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies, consulting, partner enablement, solution advisory, or technical leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Modern Work, AI adoption, and digital transformation.
• Experience working with Microsoft partners, MSPs, CSPs, VARs, or channel-focused organizations.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, storytelling, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical business outcomes and influence diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Copilot Practice Development: Help partners build and grow Microsoft Copilot and AI service offerings.
• Lead readiness workshops, business value discussions, and adoption planning sessions.
• Advise partners on positioning Copilot as a business transformation solution and developing repeatable service offerings.
