Reserv Claims Analysis, LLC is seeking a Property Staff Appraiser to support our Transportation claims team. You will deliver accurate, timely estimates of real property damage and collaborate with adjusters to ensure defensible results.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating real property damage and writing estimates.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, repair methods and costs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of real property damage across loss types.
• Validate scope, pricing, and repair methods with Transportation adjusters.
• Review contractor estimates for accuracy and industry alignment.
• Document findings clearly to support claim decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of materials, methods, and repair processes.
• Participate in calibration and quality sessions for consistency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to move claims toward resolution.
