Crawford Mondiales is hiring a Team Manager for Workers’ Compensation in California to lead a claims team and drive timely resolution of CA WC files from a remote location. You’ll mentor staff, set priorities, and ensure service standards across the account, carrier, and company guidelines.

This role requires SIP certification and proven leadership in California WC claims. You’ll partner with senior leadership to optimize operations and deliver exceptional client service while maintaining
