Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals and families who requested information about available benefits.
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom.
• Explain available benefit options clearly and professionally.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process and answer questions along the way.
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication.
• Provide ongoing support for policy updates and client service needs.
• Build long-term relationships through professionalism, consistency, and follow-through.
• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and development sessions.
