Lead and supervise the SBA and Portfolio Management Team.
Manage a portfolio of credit relationships ensuring quality and policy adherence.
Identify cross-selling opportunities to drive relationship growth.
Monitor delinquency and collect on past-due accounts to reduce risk.
Oversee loan presentations and prepare for loan committee reviews.
