Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a Team Lead for the Pharmacy Medication Adherence Program to guide a Technician team in a virtual setting. You will report to the Clinical Pharmacy Manager, Adherence, and ensure smooth daily operations while onboarding and training new colleagues.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, attention to detail, and experience with Medicare Advantage prescription benefits. You will collaborate with care teams and support members in navigating plan benefits and adherence

Qualifications

Must demonstrate strong leadership and team mentorship capabilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills with patients and staff.
Attention to detail and accurate data entry across systems.
Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and related tools.
Experience interfacing with CMS Quality measures or Medication Adherence programs.

Responsibilities

Provide operations oversight of Centralized Medication Adherence Program Pharmacy Technicians and oversee training/competency.
Coordinate onboarding trainings for new Pharmacy Technicians.
Participate in hiring processes as needed and improve workflow performance.
Assist with other pharmacy programs and initiatives as required.
Handle telephonic outreach and respond to medication-use inquiries; manage refill requests and benefits navigation.
Review medication adherence gap portals and patient medical charts to determine actions.
Collaborate with pharmacy staff and care teams to resolve medication-use issues.
Ensure tasks are completed timely, accurately, and compliant with HIPAA and standards.
Attend staff meetings and contribute to trends, process improvements, and QA.
