Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a Team Lead for the Pharmacy Medication Adherence Program to manage a Technician team in a virtual environment, reporting to the Clinical Pharmacy Manager. You will onboard new staff, coordinate trainings, oversee daily operations, and support medication adherence initiatives in line with CMS requirements.

Ideal candidates will have deep knowledge of Medication Adherence workflows, Medicare Advantage benefits, strong attention to detail, and a passion for empowering

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician with state board.
• CMS Quality measures or Medication Adherence experience is a plus.
• Leadership or managerial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations oversight of Centralized Medication Adherence Program Pharmacy Technicians, including maintaining training and periodic competency evaluation.
• Coordinate and conduct trainings to new Pharmacy Technicians during onboarding process.
• Participate in the hiring process of new colleagues as needed.
• Optimize operational Centralized Medication Adherence Program workflow as needed.
• Assist with other pharmacy departmental clinical programs or initiatives as the need arises.
• Conduct telephonic outreaches and answer incoming calls regarding medication use and adherence.
