Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a Team Lead for the Pharmacy Medication Adherence Program. The role reports to the Clinical Pharmacy Manager, overseeing a team of Pharmacy Technicians in a primarily virtual setting to optimize access to pharmaceutical care for members.

Qualifications

Leads and mentors pharmacy technicians effectively.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

Provide operations oversight of Centralized Medication Adherence Program Pharmacy Technicians.
Coordinate and conduct trainings to new Pharmacy Technicians during onboarding.
Participate in hiring process of new colleagues as needed.
Optimize operational workflow of Centralized Medication Adherence Program.
Assist with other pharmacy clinical programs or initiatives.
