You will lead complex Individual, Partnership, and S-corp returns, participate in planning and advisory work, and mentor junior staff. A CPA or EA designation with 3-5 years of public accounting experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of public accounting experience.
• CPA or EA designation required.
• Experience preparing and reviewing Individual, Partnership, and S Corporation returns.
• Strong understanding of tax planning and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex Individual, Partnership, and S Corporation tax returns.
• Support tax planning kickoff calls and quarterly advisory meetings.
• Help implement tax planning strategies across client engagements.
• Review financial statements and identify proactive tax planning opportunities.
• Assist with entity structure evaluations and compensation analyses.
• Mentor, review, and provide guidance to staff-level tax professionals.
