• Explain complex legal and tax-related information clearly and professionally.
• Excellent customer service, phone etiquette, and communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and handle challenging conversations professionally.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
