CohnReznick is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join the National Tax team, focusing on trust and estate work with potential 1040/1041 duties. You will partner with specialists and develop rapidly within a collaborative, innovative firm.

The role requires a CPA, extensive tax experience, and supervisory capability in a public accounting setting; strong communication and leadership are essential. Remote work may be possible with occasional office presence, within the US.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license in at least one state.
• Experience with trusts and estates; high net worth clients.
• Minimum of 8 years progressive tax experience.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in public accounting.
• Strong tax research, communication, and team leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret wills and trust agreements for tax-relevant provisions.
• Review complex gift, estate and fiduciary income tax returns.
• Review fiduciary accountings for trusts and estates.
• Provide wealth transfer tax planning and tax consulting to ultra high net worth clients.
• Research and consult on estate, gift, and fiduciary tax issues including GST implications.
• Help generate opportunities within existing clients and pursue new ones.
• Manage client relationships from start to finish.
• Lead and develop staff within the group.
