Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive CPA firm experience.
• BS in Accounting, MSA or MBA preferred.
• Ability to adjust schedule based on peak workload times in the department.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Interns, Staff Accountants.
• Review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts, plus client contact.
• Develops advanced technical skills on the job and through formal learning channels.
• Active involvement in staff training and development.
• Set and monitor staff scheduling and workloads.
• Prepare returns as needed and assist in department training programs.
